Incredible customer service from Jonas tonight. My girlfriend and I are regulars and Jonas made this our best visit yet. It’s always nice when someone has the time to greet you with warmth and a smile. I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves. Thanks mate :)

Super cinemas. Not the biggest screens but nowadays this is the standard size in London! Bit expensive for snacks but go for the combos. Vue cinemas currently have deals with Vodafone for all you Vodafone customers (2 tickets for £7 via email - both have to be used at the same time). Otherwise it's £6 via internet booking or £7 at the cinema per ticket (some central London cinemas exempt) - still v good prices compared to other cinemas. Note the larger screens within each Vue complex have more seats - so watch out for this when booking your tickets.

Pros are the staff were nice and there was hardly anyone there (Thursday night in August). The first con was that it was quite run down and didn’t feel clean - even if it was, it could do with a make over. The second - there was a mouse running around on the floor in front of me. At first from far away I thought it was a massive spider but at it got close to me I saw clearly it was a brown mouse, darting in and out. A little disconcerting as I was worried it would run up my legs but thankfully it didn’t, probably more scared of me. That was an indication to me though that the place may be unhygienic.
