Came to soft play and my kids had a lovely time. Booking process was easy and was allocated enough time to tire them out before bed.

Today, I took my son there to train for his school sports day. Good facilities looked clean. However, the lady at desk was quite curt and unfriendly. We had trouble logging into the app, I had to ask her to look his details up, she did locate my son's details but went ahead charge us full price. Didn't bother checking his on his membership first. Didn't ask us how long we wanted to stay. Didn't bother showing us the way. Very little eye contact, let alone a little smile! Her male colleague sitting next to her was friendlier and slightly more helpful.

Great athletics track, perfect for hosting events. There are lots of facilities including soft play, a gym, as well as an indoor track. The track is very well maintained and not crumbly like others, it's six lanes instead of eight. There's also a cafe but the price of one can of coke is like double compared to a corner shop.
