Service could be improved. Room was ok. But curtians not long enough. Signage needs improving. Breakfast was lovely.

Very good event venue in the city, easy to get to and well organised. I was attending a trade organisation, the catering was very good. Evening drinks in courtyard outside was very pleasant (weather was good). All the staff were welcoming and attentive.
