While the Supertato Storytelling Adventure was truly outstanding and a highlight of our visit, the overall experience unfortunately did not meet expectations. The venue felt overcrowded. The age groups were not well separated which created safety concerns and limited engagement for pre-school children. Interactive activities were fewer than anticipated, and the Monstair Fair was particularly disappointing. Despite the additional cost, it offered little beyond what one might find in a standard nursery play corner. The adult ticket pricing felt unjustified given the lack of engaging content. Overall, aside from the excellent storytelling segment, the experience felt oversold. I would hesitate to return unless improvements are made in crowd management, age-appropriate activity planning, and the value offered for the price.
