A very quirky house created to reflect the different ways people lived at different times. We start in the 1740s and travel through Regency, Victorian and Edwardian rooms. All rooms are full of ceramics because Dennis Severs was a ceramicist graduate from Camberwell. He has imagined a French Huguenot family through 5 generations. An interesting place but not great for children as no touching is permitted.

One of the more kooky and typically British things to see in London. If you are in town and very interested in Huguenot history, it's worth a look. Also the events, I hear, are good and worthwhile. For those who are looking at something slightly more substantial than a period house- there are other things to see in London.
