Dziś miałem okazję zjeść Phở chay đậu nấm i ogólnie sama zupa była ok, ciekawy smak, ale tofu było jedno z najmniej smacznych jakie jadłem. Tofu było gumowe i praktycznie rozmoknięte (rozumiem, bo były w zupie, lecz czuć było że ewidentnie były w tej zupie dużo za długo). Reszta była ok, choć w tej cenie uważam, że są w Łodzi dostępne inne lokale.
