The experience was good. But the gift was of poor quality.

An absolutely lovely experience. The staff are fantastic and absolutely dedicated. Thank you to everyone there for a great experience.

just wanted to give some feed back on Santa's magical Cabin in Portlaoise, we have visited many times this season and have been super impressed with your staff at the Portlaoise location. We are something of a santa expert in our house and can genuinely say the staff in Portlaoise are some of the loveliest, hardworking people we've come across. Kellie, Santa and all the elf helpers are doing Trojan work and it is very much appreciated. To say they have been kind, caring and lovely to Michael(who has special needs ) would be an understatement. They chat to him, make him laugh, let him take his time and reassure him that he's on the Nice List🥰🥰🥰. So we just wanted you to know how great they all are and how much we love visiting. Planning to visit again one more time before the season is wrapped up. 🎅🎅🎅
