War vor ca. 2 Wochen vor Ort & habe einen Filterkaffee mit Eis to-go bestellt. Der Barista warf die Eiswürfel direkt nach dem Brühen in den Kaffee, welche nach nicht mal 3 Minuten weggeschmolzen waren. Als ich höflich fragte, ob man mir etwas mehr Eiswürfel ins Getränk tun kann, wurde ich mega unhöflich behandelt. Der Mitarbeiter sagte, und ich zitterte: " Das ist die Portion Eis die es bei uns gibt!" und das wiederholte er noch 2x nachdem ich ihm erklärte, dass das Eis bereits geschmolzen war. Absolut trotzig, kundenunfreundlich und frech. Und das bei der Hitze die herrschte. NEVER AGAIN.
