Ich hatte für 19.00 Uhr 2 Platten mit Sandwich und Wraps und 2 Salate zum Abholen bestellt. Es sollte das Abendessen für eine kleine Geburtstagsfeier sein. Als ich ankam, wussten beide Mitarbeiter nichts von einer Bestellung und der Laden war voll. Nach einem Telefonat fanden sie wenigstens die Bestellliste und fingen mit der Zubereitung an. 20 Uhr konnte ich das Essen in Empfang nehmen. Die Sandwichs, zwar nicht knusprig, waren aber geschmacklich gut. Die Wraps dagegen waren wahrscheinlich schnell aufgetaut und belegt, zusammengerollt ungenießbar. Als Entschädigung gab es für einen Gesamtpreis von 85.90 Euro immerhin 3.50 Euro Rabatt. Lächerlich! Dafür, dass meine Gäste eine Std warten mussten und die Hälfte des Essens weggeworfen werden musste, einfach nur peinlich!
