Gestern das erste Mal im "Geheimtipp" Kolinar zu Gast gewesen. Sehr schönes Ambiente, Service Bar und Küche vermitteln sofort ein "herzlich Willkommen" Gefühl. Kleine Karte, tolle frische Speisen, top Weinempfehlung. Etwas anders als das klassische Restaurant aber liebevoll und herzlich. Wir kommen jetzt öfters.

Wir sind gestern spontan durch die Kolonnadenstraße gelaufen und haben dort dieses kleine Restaurant entdeckt, an dem wir einfach nicht vorbei gehen konnten. Ein Mix aus total stimmigen Ambiente, einem super passenden Servicemitarbeiter/Betreiber, leckerem Essen und guten Getränken, haben uns den Aufenthalt mehrere Stunden sehr angenehm gestaltet. Man kann sowohl draußen sehr schön sitzen und den Flair der Kolonnadenstraße einfangen, aber auch drinnen an einem Tisch oder den Barhockern die Zeit genießen. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker und es gibt keine übermäßige Wartezeit. Besonders die selbst gemachten Dips und Soßen haben uns hier vollends überzeugt. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ins Kolinar und legen jedem nah, es uns gleich zu tun.

Wir haben uns als Gruppe zum Abschluss eines schönen Tages dazu entschieden, im Kolinar essen zu gehen und wir haben es nicht bereut! Das Essen, Ambiente und auch die Bedienung waren wirklich super. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
