Dieser Laden könnte „Bester Döner der Stadt“ heißen und es wäre nicht einmal gelogen. Gestern bei Wolt bestellt musste ich heute mit dem Fahrrad hinfahren weil es einfach so lecker war. Perfekte Größe, Saucen vollmundig, frischer knackiger Salat, krosses warmes Brot, rustikal gewürztes Fleisch in perfekter Braunstufe. Der Chef hat mich von nun an als sicheren Gast mindestens mal wöchentlich zu erwarten.

Das Fleisch am Spieß wurde nicht mal warm gemacht sondern einfach geschnitten und in den Döner getan. Hätte ich das Hähnchen Fleisch genommen, welches schon in der Ablage lag, hätte ich dies bekommen. Das wäre noch kälter gewesen.

War bei Habibi Bistro nachdem ich um 2uhr nachts nochmal Hunger verspürt habe. Mustafa hat mich nicht enttäuscht, er hat das Fleisch nochmal extra knusprig gebraten und sogar extra Halloumi gegönnt. Es war wunderbar, ich hatte lange nicht mehr so einen knusprig frischen Döner.
