Habe mir dort eine Bowl geholt und vor Ort gegessen. Der Service war super nett und hat mich gut beraten. Die Bowl war geschmacklich und auch von der Portion her allerdings absolut mittelmäßig. Für den Preis hab ich da deutlich mehr erwartet. Da gibt’s in Leipzig deutlich bessere Anlaufstellen. Kann man mal machen wenn man schnell was braucht am Bahnhof aber keine krasser Leckerbissen.

Grundsätzlich liebe ich Dean&David. Das in der Filiale am Hauptbahnhof war war auch dem geschuldet das Sonntag ist. Erstmal hab ich 10Minuten gewartet eh überhaupt jemand meine Bestellung aufnahm, dann wirkten die Mitarbeiter unorganisiert, abgewählte toppings hätten fast den Weg in mein Essen gefunden obwohl es mit aufm Zettel stand. Konnte den Kollegen gerade noch abhalten (Allergie incoming). Es machte wirklich keinen tollen Eindruck. Die Mitarbeiter wirken unaufmerksam, unorganisiert, gelangweilt und man hat das Gefühl sie zu stören. Schade.

Zum Mittagessen gönnte ich mir den Lachs-Salat und der war superlecker. Am Bestellterminal war ich zuerst etwas überfordert, doch der freundliche Herr hinter der Theke bat mich lächelnd zu sich und erklärte mir in Ruhe alles. Die Zubereitung dauerte 7 Minuten und ich bekam einen großen Salat, der geschmacklich und vom Aussehen her der Hammer war.
