Auf der Suche nach authentischer Chinesischer Küche, bin ich auf das Restaurant Zhang gestoßen. Von außen ist es etwas unscheinbar, aber kulinarisch betritt man eine andere Welt, fernab von "Bratnudeln" oder "Ente Süß-Sauer." Dies sucht man hier vergebens. Geboten wird hier eine Mischung aus diversen Gerichten der Sichuan Küche in verschiedensten Schärfegraden. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die anderen Gäste, die Speisen und deren Anrichtung, lassen mich vermuten, dass ich gefunden habe, was ich suchte. Ich werde wieder kommen.
