Manchmal entdeckt man einen Ort, der alles verändert. Für mich war das der Moment, als ich zum ersten Mal den Dönerladen Persepolis betreten habe. Schon von außen macht der Laden einen einladenden Eindruck, sauber, stilvoll und mit einem Duft, der einen sofort hungrig macht. Sobald ich reinkam, wusste ich: Hier bin ich richtig. Das Team bei Persepolis ist super freundlich und man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Alles wird frisch zubereitet, das Fleisch wird perfekt gegrillt, das Brot ist hausgemacht, und die Soßen? Einfach himmlisch. Ich bestellte meinen Döner ganz klassisch mit Kalbfleisch, scharfer und Knoblauchsoße, dazu knackiger Salat, Zwiebeln und Rotkraut. Der erste Biss war ein absoluter Genuss, saftig, würzig, frisch und perfekt abgestimmt. Man merkt einfach, dass bei Persepolis Qualität an erster Stelle steht. Seitdem ist Persepolis mein absoluter Lieblingsladen. Kein anderer Döner kommt da ran, und ich habe viele probiert. Wer einmal dort gegessen hat, weiß: Das ist nicht einfach nur Fast Food. Das ist echtes Handwerk.
