Habe eine Käselaugenbrezel geholt bevor es in den Zug ging. Ich muss leider sagen, nicht frisch und sehr trocken.

Der Kaffee ist voll lecker der beste von allen auf den Hbf ,Snacks u Gebäck sehr lecker hab alles schon durch probiert, Brötchen sehen auch sehr geschmacklich gut aus bin nur kein Brötchen esser grins ...Personal sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit kann nichts negatives sagen !!!

Am 16. September gegen 21 Uhr habe ich bei BackWerk Brot und Kaffee gekauft. Leider habe ich beim Trinken des Kaffees am Ende eine tote Fliege im Becher gefunden (siehe Fotos). Das ist absolut unhygienisch und ekelhaft. Jetzt fühle ich mich psychisch und im Magen sehr unwohl und ekelhaft. Sollte ich heute Nacht ins Krankenhaus müssen, werde ich die Verantwortung bei diesem Laden einfordern. Sehr enttäuschend und inakzeptabel! Ich werde hier sicher nichts mehr kaufen.
