Ein von außen unscheinbarer Ort in Multikulti-Alternativ-Umfeld. Aber, die inneren Werte sind TOP. Hier wird noch familiäres Handwerk gepflegt. Hervorragende Küche, ALLES FRISCH GEMACHT! und sehr schmackhaft. Neben den Klassikern mit Schwein und Huhn, wird hier eine sehr gute ENTE des Hauses präsentiert. Im Bistro-Raum ist ALLES untergebracht, super sauber und offen einsehbar. Die Ente wird nicht zugekauft, nein, hier werden in einem speziellen Rundofen hängende GANZE ENTEN zubereitet und dann filetiert. So butterzart und schmackhaft, selten so erlebt. Abgerundet wird das Angebot durch hausgemachte Frühlingsrollen/Suppen (Tom Kha) diverse Tofu- und vegetarische Gerichte. Besonderheiten sind aber die verschiedenen Varianten vom hausgemachten KIMCHI (Rettisch/Radieschen/...auch mit Zucchini ... ) und die eingelegten GURKEN sowie EIER. Von mir gibt es glatte 5Punkte für Qualität und persönlichen Service der gesamten Familie. Das Bistro-Flair spielt dann kaum noch eine Rolle ... in Asien gibt es beim Street-Food auch kein Flair, nur echte Qualität vor Ort, oder? Probiert es einmal aus.
