Direkt gegenüber der Thomaskirche gelegen, beeindruckt sie mit ihrer eleganten Fassade, den goldenen Ornamenten und der kunstvollen Giebelinschrift. Der kleine Platz davor – der Naschmarkt – lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders eindrucksvoll ist das Denkmal von Johann Sebastian Bach, das vor der Alten Börse steht und die kulturelle Bedeutung dieses Ortes noch unterstreicht. Innen wird die Alte Börse heute für Lesungen, Konzerte und besondere Veranstaltungen genutzt – ein stilvoller Rahmen für Kultur auf hohem Niveau.
