Później przeszedł pod własność rodziny Ulanowskich, znanych właścicieli ziemskich. Początkowo pełnił funkcję magazynu zbożowego, a w latach 20. XX wieku został przekształcony w garbarnie. Po II wojnie światowej budynek przeszedł renowację, a w 1980 roku stał się siedzibą Muzeum Przyrodniczego.
