Bardzo smaczne sushi oraz przemiła Pani kelnerka 😊

Lokal w stylu piwniczki niezbyt przypadl mi do gustu, bo w ogóle nie podkreślał charakteru restauracji. Pani kelnerka bardzo zaangażowana, ale niestety sushi bardzo przeciętne. Miałam wrażenie, że ryż w rolkach był wyjątkowo suchy. W ogóle nie przapadły mi do gustu kulki z tatara unieszczone na rolce specjalnej - zbyt wyraźny smak cebuli skojarzył mi się z paprykarzem, a stre chili sprawiło, że niestety ten dodatek mnie nie przekonał. Rachunek tylko utwierdził w przekonaniu, że już tam nie wrócimy-cena wyższa niż innych miejscach, a jakość gorsza. Jeśliśmy w kilku innych miejscach gdzie smak był nienaganny, ceny były lepsze i klimat również, włącznie z ceremoniałem podania, czego w centrum miasta bym oczekiwała.

Absolutna petarda pod każdym względem! Genialne rolki przygotowane z świeżych produktów, pełne smaku i smacznie wyglądające. Szef Broda przez wielkie “S”, pełen pasji i profesjonalizmu, doradzi każdemu i niejednego zaskoczy Yume Roll. Wśród ramenów nie ma słabych zawodników, każdy jeden jest prawdziwą ucztą kulinarną 🔥 Polecam każdemu sushi maniakowi, jak i wszystkim którzy dopiero zaczynają przygodę z sushi!
