Odwiedziliśmy lokal w czwórkę i przeżyliśmy wspaniałą ucztę, dzieląc się talerzykami, z których każde danie było małym arcydziełem smaku. Szczególnie zachwyciły nas: soczysty pomidor bawole serce, delikatny tatar wołowy, a także tradycyjne, domowe karminadle, szare kluski i rozgrzewający żurek. Poza pysznym jedzeniem, zachwyciły nas również napoje. Zamówiliśmy różne drinki, ale prawdziwym hitem okazała się matcha. Choć truskawkowa na zimno była świetna, to gorąca matcha pistacjowa absolutnie skradła moje serce. Cała nasza wizyta była po prostu pyszna i niezapomniana.

I like when restaurants put their touch to a beef tartar, decoration etc. But this was unfortunately too overdone. They put their tartar on a focaccia bread, and it was very peppered. The cucumber felt more like Swedish pickled than the polish version. I don’t know exactly what made it bad but we were 3 people eating it and all of us agreed it wasn’t really tartar anymore. I like to be able to put my own preference of salt, pepper and oil. The service was excellent though! Restaurant owner please take it as a constructive criticism :)
