Lokal czysty i schludny, świetnie udekorowany! Rośliny wszędzie obecne a na ścianach mnóstwo zdjęć katowic! Sernik Baskijski smaczny i nie suchy! Herbata mrożona bardzo ziołowa lecz także była smaczna! 🍰☕️ Obsługa miła, nawet dla klientów z zagranicy! Ogółem bardzo smaczna cukiernio-piekarnia!🍩🍞

Z całego serduszka chcę pozdrowić dwie panie, które zrobiły mi dzień. Nie zapamietałam imion, ale było to dzisiaj, 14.06 po godzinie 13. W pierwszej kolejności poleciły mi kanapkę na ciepło, wspominając że wtedy sery się idealnie roztopią i... niebo w gębie! Dodatkowo, panie przygotowały mi kawę na zimno, która zdecydowanie postawiła mnie na nogi i podróż do domu stała się o wiele przyjemniejsza. Podziękowałam Wam osobiście i wprost przyznałam, że zrobiłyście mi dzień, ale chcę też wspomnieć o tym tutaj. Dopiero co przecięłam sobie palec blenderem i humor miałam jaki miałam, więc dziękuję za taką otwartość i przede wszystkim szczery uśmiech. Nigdy nie wiemy przez co przechodzi druga osoba, więc takie podejście w obsłudze klienta to skarb. Mam nadzieję, że Wasza praca jest doceniana przez pracodawcę i macie się po prostu dobrze.
