Witam Smakoszy i Entuzjastów Dobrego smaku. W miniony weekend odwiedziłem stolicę Górnego Śląska czyli Katowice na Ładnej Dzielnicy Bogucice. Będąc na spacerze odwiedziłem Bistro Bajka. Od samego wejścia do lokalu towarzyszył mi Wspaniały Zapach Dań które są tam serwowane ( jeszcze bardzie pobudziło apetyt). Zamówiłem Placki z sosem ( Ala Placek po Węgiersku ) . To był strzał w dziesiątkę. Chrupiące placki i wspaniale pachnący sos na jedynym talerzu i ogórek kiszony na drugi to Rozkosz dla podniebienia . Gorąco Polecam to nietuzinkowe Bistro, tym bardziej że znajduje się niedaleko Pierwszej Dzielnicy Katowic. Na pewno ponownie odwiedzę to miejsce.

Hier wird selbstgemachte polnische Hausmannskost serviert. Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut geschmeckt. Sehr sauber. Als wir an einem Sonntag um 13 h ankamen, waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Dies änderte sich schnell, so dass in kurzer Zeit jeder Tisch besetzt war. Sehr günstig. Empfehlung!!
