Dzień dobry, Jestem stałym klientem Waszej restauracji, bardzo lubię to miejsce i chętnie je polecam znajomym. Niestety w ostatnim czasie zauważyłem kilka sytuacji, które psują odbiór wizyty. Zdarzało się, że musiałem czekać 10–15 minut, aby ktoś podszedł i podał kartę, a czasami obsługa podchodziła bez niej. Rozumiem, że w godzinach dużego ruchu, szczególnie w ogródku, jest więcej pracy, jednak warto dopilnować, aby miejsce dla klienta było od razu czyste i gotowe, a obsługa reagowała szybciej. Zdarzało się też, że sam musiałem podejść do obsługi w sprawie zamówienia lub płatności, a czas oczekiwania wynosił nawet 20 minut. Wierzę, że drobne rozmowy i ustalenia z kelnerami mogłyby to zmienić. Nie ukrywam, że jest jeden kelner, który zawsze jest sumienny, na czas i nie ma z nim żadnego problemu – warto, aby inni brali z niego przykład 😉. Piszę to z sympatii do lokalu i z chęcią dalszego korzystania z Państwa usług. Nadal polecam restaurację, ale drobne zmiany na pewno podniosą komfort gości. Pozdrawiam serdecznie😉
