We had the pancake-buffet and we were surprised how personal the set up was. The owners started the serving with a story to explain some history of their pancakes. The buffet was all-you-can-eat -style and everything was made fresh. Every time a new batch of pancakes were ready the owners came to tell us that personally. They even took our request to make everything as lactose free. The pancakes and all the fillings were awesome! Strongly recommended!
