When we were there, it was an absolute relief to get in from the cold. The atmosphere here was quite nice and the food more than acceptable with good coffee. But the best thing was the relief from the bitter cold.

Dingy atmosphere, bluebottles browsing the cake section, extremely, very slow and sullen service. Disappointing.
