Today I ordered Red Bamboo Curry with Chicken, paired with a bowl of rice. This bowl of curry has a lot of vegetables, including carrots, cherry radish, eggplant, and bean sprouts. The curry is not very spicy, but has the sweetness of coconut milk. The salty and sweet taste goes well with rice, which is my favorite taste. I ate it until there was no more curry left.
