ショッピングモールの5階の一角にあるので、カジュアルなお店かと思ってたどり着いた店内は、ここはNYか東京って感じの都会的で洗練された雰囲気。ランチに予約して行きました。レビュー評価が高かったサーモンスープは、テーブルに運ばれてきてから、目の前でスープが注がれ、さらに鰹節が振り掛けられます！ゆらゆら揺れるカツオ節がヘルシンキで見られるとは！見た目で驚いたあと、熱々のスープを頬張ると、ふっくらした鮭の旨味がまろやかなスープと一体化して優しいお味。海老のリゾットは、ロブスターと見間違えるほどぷりぷりで肉厚な海老が、滋味をたっぷり含んだお米の上にどーんと鎮座していて迫力満点、赤いグレープフルーツとのマリアージュも素晴らしかった。接客も厨房も一緒にお客さんを楽しませてやろう!っていう熱意を感じます。すごいね👍 星を一つ減らしたのは、モールの一角にあるので、時間帯によっては周囲の影響が多くありそうだからです。でも私が滞在した時は、とても静かで良い雰囲気でした。

I had a really nice experience here. The service was absolutely amazing, super friendly and attentive. A great plus is that water, coffee, and tea are included at no extra cost, which makes the visit feel even more welcoming. I tried the salmon soup; it was good, though at €19.20 a bit on the pricey side. Still, I can definitely recommend this place for the atmosphere, service, and overall experience.
