日本人の口にも合う、広東風の中華料理を食べられます。広東風甘酢豚(日本で言う酢豚)は肉の下味がしっかりついている一方、ソースの酢が強すぎず、日本の中華料理店で出されるものよりも食べやすい味付けでした。ワンタンスープも干しエビが入っているのか、味わい深いものでした。
