Ruoka ja tilat olivat hyvät mutta palvelu vajaavaista. Eroten muista picnic paikoista myyjä alkuun laskutti ruuan ja sen jälkeen lähti tekemään tätä. Epäselväksi jäi, että olisiko minun pitänyt jäädä odottamaan ruuan tekoa kassalle vai ei. Ruoka lopulta tuotiin pöytään, johon menin odottelemaan. Myyjä huuteli kassalta minulle, että lisätäänkö leipää ja laittoi kysymättä salaattiin salaattikastikkeen. Nämä kysymykset yleensä kysytään ruuan teon yhteydessä. Tämä epäselvä konsepti ei toimi ja seuratessani muita asiakkaita näin tämän toistuvan. Osalle ruoka tehtiin heidän läsnäollessa ja osalle sanottiin, että ruoka tuodaan pöytään. Hyvin hämmentävää.
