Olipas Ihanaa päästä maistelemaan alkuruuaksi herkullinen tartar-menu täydellisesti yhteensopivan viinin kanssa. Pääruuaksi kuhaa ja jälkiruuaksi suussa sulava suklaaganache, kirsikkasorbet ja hasselpähkinää. Palvelu oli ensiluokkaista ja lämminhenkstä. Pastis ylitti odotukset, taas kerran.
