Heute, am 20. August, war ich zum ersten Mal bei Kotipizza in Töölö, nachdem ich mir vorher den Standort mit den besten Bewertungen rausgesucht habe. Bedient wurde ich von einem einzigen Mitarbeiter, der an diesem Abend den kompletten Laden alleine geschmissen hat – bestellen lassen, Pizza backen, abrechnen, sauber halten. Und ehrlich: selten so einen guten Eindruck gehabt. Super freundlich, aufmerksam, permanent am Arbeiten und immer auf Hygiene bedacht. Das schreibe ich nicht, weil mich jemand drum gebeten hat, sondern weil es mir wirklich positiv aufgefallen ist. Wer so einen Mitarbeiter im Team hat, kann sich glücklich schätzen. Die Pizza war ebenfalls top: dünner, krosser Teig, frische Zutaten, und die Béarnaise-Soße hat perfekt gepasst. Ging auch schnell. Klar, die Preise sind für deutsche Verhältnisse hoch und sogar der Dip kostet extra, aber geschmacklich hat es überzeugt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Ich war allein im Laden, es lief keine Musik, obwohl eine Anlage da ist. Mit ein bisschen Hintergrundsound wäre die Atmosphäre gleich gemütlicher.
