I've visited the restaurant once and mostly order take away. The food is sublime. The chicken and the fries have great flavour, very different from what I've had in any other places. I admittedly always opt for the chicken strips so can't comment on burgers etc. The one time I visited the actual location, the place was dead quiet (around lunch time) and the staff seemed very bored and distant. This is based on one time visit, though and I highly recommend Kot for the chicken strips alone.

I ordered takeaway through their website; checkout is pretty straightforward and everything worked as it should. By the time, I arrived at their Kallio branch my order was ready to be picked. Their lemmonpepper burger is the best — excellent taste with tender and juicy chicken. I also liked their original chicken wings. Highly recommended.
