For better movie experience it's perfect! You can order treats in advance and the seats are bigger than the normal cinema and comfy. Maxim on Kluuvikatu has operated continuously at the same address since 1909, making it the oldest cinema in Finland. The original, magnificent theater hall was designed by architect David Frölander-Ulf. Since the 1930s, the cinema has been known as Maxim. The current building dates back to 1974. Maxim houses two screening rooms, one of which is protected by the Finnish Heritage Agency. In 2014, Maxim Cinema was accepted as a member of the Europa Cinemas network.

Ruhtinaallisesti jalkatilaa. Sohvamaiset penkit olivat ihan ok istua, mutta ainakin salissa 1 on tasalattia ja koin vähän epäergonomiseksi katsoa vähän yläviistoon. Kuulin myös kanssaistujilta nurinaa, etteivät näe kunnolla kuvan alaosaa, mutta pitkänä miehenä en itse tätä ongelmaa kohdannut. Asiakaspalvelu kassalla oli todella ystävällistä ja nautin kyllä siitä, että popparien ohella leffan yhteydessä sai nauttia lasin viiniä.
