Niepozorny budynek wśród ruchliwej ulicy. Można by to miejsce jakoś bardziej wyeksponować. Raczej wszędzie, gdzie są pałace prezydenckie, to są to miejsca gdzie turyści się zatrzymują, dyskutują o budynku, o miejscu. A tu? Po pierwsze 90% turystów idzie drugą stroną ulicy, bo port jest ciekawszy, a jeszcze więcej, w ogóle idzie z drugiej strony Pałacu, od tyłu, i nawet nie wie, że mija Pałac Prezydencki.
