You can easily see why Finns honor one of their greatest heroes here. The statue of Marshal Mannerheim stands tall and proud in Mannerheim Square. It’s impressive in its simplicity, carrying strong symbolism and historical weight. Positioned in front of Kiasma and the modern cityscape of Helsinki, the statue creates an interesting contrast.
