Ich finde die Atmosphäre bei Mildner's sehr angenehm, vor allem wenn nebenher arbeiten möchte. Allerdings würde ich deutlich öfter kommen wenn der Kaffee besser wäre. Das Einführen von einer Oatly-ähnlichen Hafermilch (gibt da inzwischen so viele Alternativen) würde definitiv helfen.

Die Organisation beim Bestellen ist leider nicht gut. Es ist nicht organisiert, von welcher Seite man sich anstellen muss, sodass an zwei Seiten eine Schlange entstanden ist und beide Seiten haben sich etwas aufgeregt, dass es so lang gedauert hat. Das Frühstück und der Kaffee war lecker, es wäre aber toll, wenn so viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt wird (für to-go verpflichtender Recup-Becher gegen Pfand), dass Lebensmittel, zumindest zum Teil, in Bio-Qualität verwendet werden würden.
