I tasted the authentic Indian Chana Masala rice and I just love it. Despite the fact that I am Bhutanese, it satisfies my craving for Indian food. I still missed my native cuisine, but Indian food brought me closer to it. The spicy Indian cuisine even won over my Turkish friend after she tried it.
