土曜日ともあり、かなりの行列。３０分くらい並びました。小さな店舗で出入り口が一つなので、人の行き来がかなり厳しいです。何年かやってみえるみたいですが、オペレーションの流れを少し見直した方がいいのかなと。ドイツのカフェなどいろんなお店の研究をされた方がいいと思います。優しい雰囲気でとても素敵なので、もっと自信を持って接客された方が、印象がよくなると思います。すみません。職業柄、気になってしまいました。商品の品だしの時は、オリジナルのパッケージをお客様に見られない方がいいと思います。(お団子、みえちゃいました) そうは言っても、また伺いますけどね(笑) 応援しています！
