Ich hatte hohe Erwartungen an meinen Besuch, wurde jedoch leider enttäuscht. Der Service war nicht zufriedenstellend, da das Personal oft selbst nicht genau wusste, welche Angebote verfügbar waren. Dies führte zu Verwirrung und unnötigen Wartezeiten. Besonders frustrierend war die lange Wartezeit bei der Bezahlung. Ich stand am Ende sogar weitere 15 Minuten an der Bar und warteten darauf dass man mich abkassiert. Bestelltes Essen kam auch nicht an. Die alkoholischen Getränke waren sehr schlecht gemischt (kaum Alkohol). Zusätzlich waren die Shishas nicht überzeugend. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, Tabakmischungen auszuwählen, sondern nur pure Geschmäcker, was die Auswahl stark einschränkte.
