So it's Fusion, what did I expect? Plus most of my Chinese food experience is Chinese-American. Still, the chili orange chicken is not nearly as good as, say, Panda Express orange chicken. Very gooey and soggy. Beijing curry beef? Probably no such thing. Similar to a Japanese beef curry (but not as good). I don't know what they are thinking with their egg fried rice. Uncle Roger would trash it more than Gordon Ramsay's. This spicy scallops were great. The drinks were tasty and creative, if spendy.
