Happy 20th birthday! It was a nice surprise to learn we were the first guests of the day. The food was wonderful. We had some of the small plates and loved it all. The meal consisted of Broccoli and Stilton soup and Haggis fritters for my husband and Shrimp on toast and mushroom fritters for me. The shrimp was cooked in a white wine garlic sauce with roasted tomatoes and served over a delicious toast to soak up all the sauce. It was great. The fried food was crispy without any soggy bits. We would happily go back again, but we don't live in Glasgow. 🏅💛
