Ordered on the app and paid for a bag but never received one when a bag would of been more than useful as I had 2 dogs to hold at the time today disappointed with that

Imagine ordering a subway tuna and the tuna is missing 😭😭😭 i just realized there’s no tuna at all when i’m home and took that first disappointing bite. The same staff also messed up my order last time, i asked for meal set and the staff charged me both subway and cookies as ala carte. It’s a simple order yet they can’t do it right?? Not coming back!
