This is very nice coffee-shop-meets-pastry/sweet shop-meets-cafe-meets-cocktail-bar that is across Union St. from Glasgow Central. With a shop that has a name like this, you just have to check it out to see how coffee can possibly be sexy. Quite frankly, even after our visit, that question still remains unanswered. What I can tell you is that this establishment offers a very nice dining facility with good service. It is walk-up-and-order and they bring your items to you. It was mid-afternoon on a Saturday when we visited, and it was not at all busy. This suggested to me that the bar and cafe might be a more important component to their business, but that is an observation from just one data point. We each had Affogatos and were favorably impressed. These seemed to be featured items and we could see why. The prices were reasonable. We would certainly try this place again if we are in Glasgow.
