We popped in for lunch one afternoon during our visit to Scotland and had a nice meal each. The atmosphere was a little run-down but definitely homely and had that classic pub vibe. The service was friendly enough but one staff member came across quite dismissive and uninterested. Noone coming to check the food was okay etc, no asking about anymore drinks. The food itself was fine. It's lucky in itself to have a place like this with all vegan food so it was a good, safe option during a visit. But the food we had was quite uninspired and bland, especially considering the price. Overall just a fine visit, would go back if we visit again and try something else but would definitely recommend looking around elsewhere for something more interesting first. I would hesitate to say it's worth the price.

I love the atmosphere, especially the beer garden and they have some great beers available. However, I had the food and was not impressed, £17 for a burger and chips which, whilst the chips were excellent, the burger was small and of the same quality i would expect from a snack van, where you'd pay £3. Left hungry and disappointed.
