Food well cooked but let down by presentation so a tip to the chef a “roast “ dinner should have at least one roast potato and beige is not beautiful on a plate so add at least one green vegetable apart from that the beef was tender and perfectly cooked The fish and chips would also look better with peas instead of a bowl of three pickled onions I mean you’re hardly a local chippy and one more thing hot food should not be served on a cold plate as nothing was particularly hot

I had steak with peppercorn sauce - exceptional. The waitress was brilliant at advising a friend which whiskey to take with his Haggis and we feel we have been treated very warmly and professionally - it's been a pleasure to be here

Worth a visit, good pub food ,only disappointment the haggis was sold out .Friendly staff good service inexpensive meal .plenty of parking.
