Staff do their best despite customers and how busy it is. McDonalds themselves let the whole experience down with touch screens, weird ben seating that's uncomfortable, and too many tablets for me to consider brining kids there to eat. Play area is cold and sad. Bring back real McDonalds for kids, or just get rid of kid stuff for better adult seating.
