OK just another McDonald's narrow at the front yet stretches well back, staff cope well but more attention needed to cleaning the hinges on the toilet doors, a bit of attention to cleaning detail is needed through out the store plus front automatic doors need repair and at least a notice telling customers to press the disabled assistance button.

I would like to give positive feedback for Daniel at the McDonald’s on Trongate Street, Glasgow (G51 5HF). I have been struggling to find Happy Meal toys that my boys would enjoy, and Daniel was extremely helpful. He took the time to assist me, showed patience, and made sure I got the right toys. His customer service was excellent, and he truly made the experience easier and more enjoyable. Staff like him make a big difference – he is a credit to your team.
