Pre ordered meal for family never turned up its the worst mcdonald's around i will never go back

Fed up with this place each time I pay for dipps the forget. This time phone up store said they can't do anything. Waist of time to twin on the drive through windows going to complain direct. Again the manger refused to identify themselves so I could not raise a complaint about them directly. I have contacted head office about them.

Orders regularly wrong and cold. Their phone seems to be permanently set to Do Not Disturb so you can never contact anyone, and the app just takes you in circles when trying to get the order fixed. Oh and the phone numbers on the text updates don’t work either. I can only assume the contact numbers aren’t answered or are bogus due to the number of complaints they receive.
