Visited this site this morning with a work colleague. Order 92 was 2 teas and a McMuffin. I was extremely disappointed and concerned with the service hygiene. I witnessed your employee dressed in the management uniform. He picked up the bread for the McMuffin and fillings all without the use of gloves or tongs. He then proceded to pick up serving trays and condiments with no concerns for what he had previously touched. Have the returned trays been hygienically cleaned after use by the previous customer, has the employee touch anything else prior to lifting and serving food. This is how germs and disease spread. Has nothing been learned from the experiences of Covid. I am extremely disappointed.
