So disappointed ! Booked 8pm -2 covers On arrival, the restaurant wasn’t too busy. Our friendly waiter took our order quickly. 2 starters & 2mains. 30 mins later, I asked our waiter if anything was wrong with the kitchen, as the adjacent table that had arrived sometime after us had been served their starters , yet we were still waiting! The waiter continued to insist that nothing was wrong, and that our starters were being redone ! At 8:45 our starters arrived. My guest ordered the paneer main as he is vegetarian, I ordered the chicken . A different waiter brought our food “ who is having the chicken? “ as our food was placed before us. After a couple of mouthfuls my veggie friend realised that he was eating meat ! I complained, our original waiter tried to assist as we swapped our plates ! We were offered some chai on the house. Had this been a decent establishment the least they could have done was to comp our staters. Very disappointed terrible service from smiley staff ! We took some time choosing this restaurant,as there are so many good Indian restaurants in the city.
